Buying a Great Dane or any dog is a big responsibility. You are basically dedicating that you will be the sole caregiver for this dog for the next 10 years. Not only when it is a cudley puppy but when it grows up into a 100 plus pounds. You will be responsible for your dog's well being. You have your family, your friends, your work and your dog has only you. Depending on your house you may need to walk your dog each day. Now get the picture of strolling to the park on a summer's night out of your head because those are the good walks. and realize that this walk has to happen even when you are tired, have had a bad day or there is a foot of snow outside. Great Danes are a large breed dog and have to be fed proper large breed food. How many times I have stood behind a person buying dog food and they put thier $20.00 10lb bag of food on the counter that will last thier dog a month where as my bill is over 100 and that is just for 2 weeks worth of food. Great danes eat any where from 6 to 8 cups of dog food a day. Great Danes are couch potatoes and I mean this litterly so if you have the nice leather set of furniture or don't want dog hair on your couch, clothes, bed and any other surface then go to the toy store and get a stuffed dog. Great danes do not shed allot but almost all breeds do shed slightly.

4 Does EVERYONE in the family agree with getting a giant breed dog.
5. If you have kids How old are they?
6. do you plan to have a baby in the 10 years? will the dog be evicted because he/she was a substitute for a human child and now that you are having a baby you dont want need the dog anymore?
7 are you willing to spend aproximatly 1000 dollars on this dog in the first year you have it? for spaying and neutering and shots, crate and food and toys
Now these questions may sound nosy and invasive to you but these pups are like my grandkids and I want to know where they are and that they are safe and loved. I also do not want to put the pup through the stress of having a home and then being returned for whatever reason.
Step 2/ After you have talked to us by email we will phone you so that we can invite you out to meet our avalible pups. You must bring everyone human who lives with you. Then the fun begins.
Pick your puppy if you can't come to us to visit we will sell by pictures online after you have talked to us on the phone.

The pup does not belong to you until we have recieved this deposit. This deposit is only transferable to the next avalible litter NOT REFUNDABLE this is so you don't make an impuse decision and so that we have the funds to feed, retrain and rehome the dog if you get a divorce or lose your job ect.
